Community Liaison
About The Position
The Community Liaison is a full-time position for LIFE Beaver County, daylight shift with working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community-based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania. The LIFE program is an all-inclusive comprehensive program that helps individuals maintain their independence in their home and community through supportive services. The LIFE programs offer an array of person-centered services from medical care to adult day supports with the primary goal of allowing individuals to remain in their own home. The Community Liaison is responsible for the recruitment of LIFE participants into the program, and growth of enrollee census. Responsible for development and execution of marketing/sales plan to drive volume and achieve census goals by marketing services to providers, referral sources and the community at large.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 -3 years of healthcare, sales and/or marketing experience.
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Current State Driver’s license (in good standing).
