Community Liaison - Provider Relations Specialist
About The Position
Provider Relations Specialist - Community Services Eddy VNRA (Part-Time Days) Are you passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence while making a meaningful impact in your community? St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Provider Relations Specialist to champion the growth of the Trinity Health Alert Program (Eddy Health Alert). In this rewarding part-time role, you will serve as a community ambassador, building relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, referral sources, and local organizations to increase awareness of a program that provides safety, security, and peace of mind to individuals and families. Your efforts will directly support the growth and success of a trusted service that helps people live independently and confidently in their own homes.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales experience, excellent follow-up skills, and a passion for connecting with individuals and organizations in the community.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience working in a healthcare environment
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Grow awareness and enrollment of the Trinity Health Alert Program throughout the community.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, senior centers, and referral partners.
- Represent the program at community events, health fairs, networking opportunities, and educational presentations.
- Identify new opportunities for outreach, partnership development, and program growth.
- Educate prospective members and families on the benefits of personal emergency response services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies that increase market presence and enrollment.
