About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a high-energy, fitness-obsessed Community Liaison & Marketing Communications Manager to lead our growth in the Las Vegas market. This is not a "desk job." We are looking for a brand evangelist who lives to network, loves to work out, and isn't afraid to walk into a new business unannounced to start a conversation. You will be the face of our studios, responsible for building deep relationships with local gyms, businesses, and influencers while ensuring our digital presence and data tracking are as sharp as our outreach.

Requirements

  • High energy, confident, and exceptionally persuasive. You must enjoy meeting strangers.
  • A deep love for fitness, wellness, and the Restore brand mission.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities; proficient in social media platforms and basic data/Excel tracking.
  • A "client-first" mentality with elite communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between various gyms and business locations across the Las Vegas valley.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit gyms, fitness centers, and corporate offices to establish wellness partnerships. This includes cold calling and unannounced "pop-in" visits to deliver materials and meet decision-makers.
  • Maintain a presence in the local fitness scene by working out at partner gyms to build and nurture organic relationships.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute presence at trade shows, local events, and studio-hosted activations.
  • Manage local studio social media channels to engage the community, highlight partnerships, and drive traffic.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external communications, ensuring a confident and client-focused tone at all times.
  • Monitor and respond to all community inquiries and partnership leads with professional speed.
  • Audit results from marketing campaigns and outreach efforts daily/weekly.
  • Maintain a clear log of all communications and partnership statuses, reporting directly to the Owner on ROI and lead generation.
  • Work 1-3 days per week inside the studio (as needed) to remain connected to the client experience, services, and staff.
