Lighthouse Hospice is hiring two Community Liaisons/Marketers to join our expanding team! This role serves as a connection between Lighthouse Hospice Care and the community. This role is responsible for identifying community needs, promoting hospice programs and services, and building strong relationships with referral sources, patients, families, and community partners. The Community Liaison/Marketer supports the growth of the organization while maintaining high standards of ethical, compassionate, and quality patient care.
