About The Position

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Community Leasing Professional for The Croix Townhomes. This role is ideal for individuals interested in a career in property management, whether they have prior experience or transferable skills from customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales. The Leasing Professional is often the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for creating a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional experience. As opportunities arise, qualified candidates will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities and available homes
• Building relationships with prospective residents and following up on their interest
• Assisting with the leasing process and preparing lease documentation
• Maintaining accurate resident and prospect information
• Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
• Supporting the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
• Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
