About The Position

The Community Leasing Associate works at The Wylden Apartments, a new lease-up property, serving as the face of Fairfield to prospective residents and current residents. The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to support leasing activity and create exceptional living experiences. Responsibilities also include managing lease files, maintaining accurate records, using Yardi software, updating social media, assisting with advertising, and staying informed about local market trends. The community has 370 units.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A valid driver’s license may be required.

Nice To Haves

Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and residents.
Guide prospects through the leasing process, drive leasing activity, and close deals.
Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
Use Yardi software for leasing processes.
Update social media and assist with advertising.
Stay informed about local market trends.
Work safely and cooperatively with others, including supervisors.
