About The Position

As a Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive. The Community Leasing Associate serves as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, drives the leasing process, and closes deals. This role also manages lease files, maintains accurate records, and utilizes Yardi software for leasing processes. Additionally, the associate will verify application information and perform other tasks as required for LIHTC or HUD programs. Marketing responsibilities include updating social media and assisting with advertising, as well as staying informed about local market trends.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Nice To Haves

Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
Knowledge of low income Housing tax credit (LIHTC) preferred.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
