Provide individualized services to individuals (or small groups of individuals) with various disabilities in obtaining, learning, performing and maintaining jobs in the community. This role involves providing support services to consumers in the community, building on their abilities and strengths, and offering on-site/off-site supervision. The job coach will gain a high-level knowledge of assigned job tasks and work sites, implement rehabilitation plans, and communicate consumer concerns to supervisors. Additional duties may include working in the industrial workshop, monitoring program participants, and participating in plan review meetings. For drivers, responsibilities include operating agency vehicles, conducting safety checks, and maintaining vehicle logs.
