About The Position
Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Community In-Home RN to work at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an incentivized on-call rotation every 6 to 8 weeks. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills, and education. The organization reimburses $0.725/mile for travel. Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor, the Community In-Home RN is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of homecare services for program participants.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurses License, in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.
- Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Home health experience preferred.
