About The Position

CompSource Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a relationship-driven professional to join their team as a Community Impact Program Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and advancing the organization’s community engagement and corporate giving initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a key ambassador, building meaningful relationships with various community stakeholders and leading efforts to strengthen the company’s presence and reputation through volunteerism, sponsorships, outreach programs, and events. This position requires close collaboration with Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Business Development, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and company culture. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in community relations, corporate communications, nonprofit partnerships, public relations, employee engagement, marketing, business development, or a related field
Experience coordinating events, partnerships, or outreach
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, motor vehicle insurance, and ability to use personal vehicle for work-related responsibilities
