We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns. Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Community Impact: The intern will learn how the bank strengthens the communities it serves through volunteerism, charitable giving, and community partnerships. Interns will support initiatives that advance the organization's social impact strategy and help create meaningful outcomes for local communities.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
A business-related or related college major is preferred.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
Excellent oral and written communication is required.
Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Support initiatives that advance the organization's social impact strategy.
Help create meaningful outcomes for local communities.
Gain exposure to real-world projects, operations, and strategic decision-making.
Support and present on projects, research, or operational activities within an assigned business area to Senior Leaders.
Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social exclusive events.
