Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar PR, fundraising or community relations role.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Public speaking skills.
- Social media management skills.
- Event coordination skills.
- Project management skills.

- Grant writing experience.
- Volunteer management experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop community awareness plans, build partnerships, and showcase Mosaic's work.
- Recruit and direct volunteer teams while fostering connections across the local faith community.
- Cultivate donor relationships, assist with local fundraising, and collaborate on grant proposals.
