Community Health Registered Nurse (RN)

The Visiting Nurse Association provides a range of home health care services to patients of all ages-- from infants to the elderly--in the comfort of their own homes. With services available in both Iowa and Illinois, we work with patients, families, physicians, and other community agencies to provide the care that you need in your home. As a Community Health Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will coordinate testing, provide direct nursing care, case management and preventative services. Participate in other community health services as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse in Iowa or Illinois required at time of hire, second state required within 1 year.
- Valid Driver's License
- Auto Insurance-Genesis minimum limits required.
- More than 2 years experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Certified in Community Health and/or Infectious Disease
Responsibilities
