At Mercy Housing, we're redefining affordable housing by creating stable communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. As the nation's largest nonprofit affordable housing provider, we build, preserve, and manage service-enriched housing across the country. The Community Health Promoter will play a lead role in educating community members on health promotion and disease prevention activities. Develop and coordinate projects that directly respond to community needs and priorities. Conduct community outreach and work closely with residents, community shareholders and Community Health Promoter Lead (CHP) to identify and address health barriers and disparities. This is an on-site position. We encourage individuals with lived experience to apply. Pay: $20-22/hour, dependent on experience. This is a part-time role, approximately 11 hours per week.
