About The Position

The main purpose of this position is to provide outreach and program support for BBH and TBT. The goal of these programs is to reduce infant mortality and the disparity in infant mortality rates in Wicomico County, as well as increase access to care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• One year of experience in providing information on health care and disease prevention within the community.
• Possession of a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland.

• Experience with local resources and system navigation.
• Experience in care coordination support skills and healthy behaviors.
