About The Position

The main purpose of this full-time contractual position is to provide education regarding Babies Born Healthy and accompany a Registered Nurse during home visits to increase awareness of the Caroline County Health Department and community resources. This position will also provide interpretation/translation services for health department clients and for community outreach needs.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
  • Possession of a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland (if assigned duties requiring the operation of a motor vehicle).

Responsibilities

  • Provide education regarding Babies Born Healthy.
  • Accompany a Registered Nurse during home visits to increase awareness of the Caroline County Health Department and community resources.
