Community Health Nurse
About The Position
As an Indeterminate or Job Share Community Health Nurse you will earn a Tier Two $15/hour premium allowance as the position is located in Kugluktuk. Reporting to the Supervisor, Health Programs, the Community Health Nurse (CHN) assists clients in promotion, protection and restoration of health, to educate about, prevent and reduce the incidence of disease, disability and death. The incumbent provides a comprehensive community health service in conjunction with the health care team and works within the context of Primary Health care to improve the capacity of clients to adapt to, respond to or control, life’s challenges, and changes.

- Provides a comprehensive community health service in conjunction with the health care team.
