About The Position

The Community Health Nurse (CHN) assists clients in the promotion, protection, and restoration of health, to educate about, prevent, and reduce the incidence of disease, disability, and death. The incumbent provides a comprehensive community health service in conjunction with the health care team and works within the context of Primary Health Care to improve the capacity of clients to adapt to, respond to, or control life’s challenges and changes.   • Full time and permanent position
  • 37.5 hours/week
