As a Community Habilitation Specialist, you'll work one-on-one with children, teens, or adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll support individuals in their homes and communities while helping them reach personal goals, build life skills, and try new things.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and your own vehicle
• Stable work history
• A genuine heart for helping others
• Flexible availability
• Comfort assisting with personal care when needed
• Comfort using smartphones and web-based apps
