Requirements

Must have a valid NY State or out of state driver's license
Must have a HS diploma/GED
Most of the cases require that you have your own vehicle to use while working the case.

Responsibilities

Participation in the training and supervision if the individual while incorporating the use of community resources.
Maintain on-going communication with the Community Habilitation Coordinator and attend scheduled meetings for discussions when necessary.
