The Community Habilitation Counselor position involves providing training and supervision to individuals, incorporating the use of community resources. The role requires ongoing communication with the Community Habilitation Coordinator and attendance at scheduled meetings. Shifts are part-time, ranging from 4-16 hours per week, typically in the late afternoon to early evening during the week, with some hours on Saturday or Sunday, across Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties.
