The Community Guide (CG) owns revenue growth, market share performance, and partner success within their assigned portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying and capturing revenue opportunities across existing accounts by increasing applications, funded loans, and average loan size. The CG diagnoses performance gaps, removes growth barriers, and drives cross-functional alignment to unlock results. As the primary owner of each client relationship, the CG represents Zippy’s interests first while building trusted, long-term partnerships. They ensure partners are operationally aligned, commercially engaged, and fully enabled to deliver a seamless borrower and retailer experience. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, commercial instinct, operational fluency, and disciplined performance management.
