Responsibilities
- Connect with clients during and after class to learn about their experience and goals
- Build genuine rapport and community
- Recommend membership options that fit their needs
- Onboard new members and help them maximize their experience
- Support the in-studio experience by capturing social media content during class
- Help maintain our welcoming, high-energy vibe
