About The Position

Brookestone Meadows is offering an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality driven, passionate, proactive and highly organized professional to become the Community Experience Coordinator at The Villas at Brookestone Meadows. This dynamic role involves overseeing the daily operations of our community, ensuring residents feel connected, engaged, and enriched. You will be responsible for driving social engagement, planning activities, coordinating transportation, overseeing leasing and contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a creative, compassionate, and technology-savvy professional with a strong background in hospitality, event planning, and life enrichment for active aging individuals.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or event planning
  • Experience working with seniors or in active aging communities preferred
  • Knowledge of life enrichment strategies and creating engaging activities for older adults
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and prospective residents
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficient in office software, community management tools, and social media platforms
  • Creative and innovative with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging activities
  • Compassionate and empathetic, with a strong desire to serve others and enhance their quality of life
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
  • A valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote the community to potential residents and maintain relationships with current residents.
  • Conduct tours, provide information on housing options, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
  • Maintain current knowledge of available units, pricing, and lease terms.
  • Develop, plan, and organize daily, weekly, and seasonal activities that promote social interaction, well-being, and enrichment for residents.
  • Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive community environment that encourages resident participation.
  • Connect residents with local resources and services to enhance their quality of life.
  • Plan and execute events and activities that promote physical, emotional, and social engagement for elderly residents.
  • Work closely with residents to ensure activities cater to their interests and needs.
  • Oversee clubhouse operations, ensuring it is open and closed according to schedule and is well-maintained.
  • Coordinate transportation for residents as needed, ensuring they have access to essential services and events.
  • Create maintenance work orders and ensure timely follow-up on resident requests.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or needs promptly and professionally.
  • Act with compassion, providing emotional support and ensuring the comfort of residents, especially those requiring additional care.
  • Assist with the leasing process by managing contracts, renewals, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • Ensure residents' needs are met, helping create an environment that promotes long-term resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure the community grounds and buildings are pristine, including regular inspections and coordination of necessary upkeep and repairs.
