The Community Engagement Coordinator (Tobacco Cessation Program) supports the implementation of SDAIHC’s California Tobacco Prevention Program (CTPP) Grant (25-10310). This role carries out culturally grounded community engagement, cessation promotion, program outreach, coalition coordination, and educational media design to reduce tobacco use and increase access to cessation resources among AI/AN and partner communities. This position serves as SDAIHC’s primary community-facing representative, strengthening relationships with Tribal communities, partner organizations, and local stakeholders. Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Health Promotion, this role ensures that all program activities meet CDPH/CTPP requirements, follow the approved Scope of Work, and uphold SDAIHC’s cultural values, compliance standards, and organizational mission. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to perform all job-related activities as outlined below.
