AECOM is actively growing the Impact Assessment & Permitting (IAP) team and is seeking a Manager for the Community Engagement and Communications Team for various offices within the Environment Business Line in Ontario. This is a backfill position. The successful candidate will be responsible for team management and have a Manager Mindset (balance mindset between delivering great work and supporting your team). To apply for the role, you will be able to build productive networks across diverse technical teams, create an inclusive workplace and provide opportunities where each one of our people can reach their full potential so the team thrives. You will operate ethically and with integrity, prioritizing quality outcomes and safety of the team. This is a hybrid leadership position requiring regular in-office attendance. In addition to leading and developing their direct team, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain a visible and engaged presence within the office as a leader in the organization. Regular in-person interaction is important to support employee development, strengthen relationships across departments and business lines, foster collaboration, contribute to office culture, and participate in leadership activities that advance the broader business. Candidates must be based within commuting distance of an AECOM office and able to maintain a consistent in-office presence. This position is not eligible for full-time remote work.
