Requirements

  • Experience working with and supporting cross functional teams
  • Experience in marketing and leasing is required
  • Experience leading client facing projects with proven customer service skill

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM including OneSite and Knock is preferred
  • Experience in similar role for Community Engagement with universities, student organizations and/or off-campus housing is preferred.
  • Background in project management outlining results through direction given
  • Experience working in fast paced environment developing strategy and making key decisions as critical thinker
  • Background in leading and managing organized teams

Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing leasing, marketing, customer experience, and company training programs.
  • Continuously develop and improve sales, leasing, and closing techniques.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve team performance, resident satisfaction, and overall community experience.
  • Effectively utilize property management and CRM systems, including OneSite and Knock, to maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Track, analyze, and report leasing, traffic, renewal, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Support the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives, resident engagement programs, and social media strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the property’s social media presence and content calendar.
  • Take ownership of leasing, occupancy, retention, and renewal goals while proactively identifying and addressing performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager, Leasing Manager, maintenance team, and other team members to improve operational and leasing results.
  • Complete all required company training and apply learned practices to daily leasing, marketing, and resident interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
  • Maintain professional communication and relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, universities, campus organizations, and community partners.
  • Develop and cultivate partnerships with local universities, student organizations, and off-campus housing offices to expand outreach and marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with preparation and execution of property turn activities, including coordinating vendor partnerships, turn services, and resident support initiatives.
  • Support team training initiatives by identifying opportunities for development and assisting with scheduling or facilitating training support.
  • Assist in achieving established company performance goals and key performance indicators related to occupancy, retention, delinquency, resident satisfaction, service request completion, and operational readiness.
  • Execute property marketing plans through digital campaigns, grassroots outreach, community partnerships, and resident/prospect events.
  • Ensure tour paths, model units, and community presentation standards are maintained and market ready at all times.
  • Manage resident renewal strategies, including communication, follow-up, and retention initiatives.
  • Address resident concerns promptly and support timely issue resolution to maintain a positive resident experience.
  • Monitor resident feedback, online reviews, and survey responses and respond appropriately to support resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative support for leasing and office operations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals while maintaining strong lead-to lease conversion ratios.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and residents in accordance with company expectations and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready files, reports, and operational documentation at all times.
