About The Position
STMA Schools is seeking dedicated and experienced coaches to lead and develop our STMA Community Education Girls High School Flag Football program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training athletes of varying skill levels, developing effective practice plans, and instilling discipline and teamwork. Key duties include teaching football techniques, preparing athletes for competitions, and ensuring a safe and motivating environment. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for mentoring athletes are essential. This program is for girls in grades 8-12.
Requirements
- Experience in instructing/coaching.
- Must be 18+ years old.

- Previous coaching experience.
