The Community Director is responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, including training the Assistant Community Director and supervising all team members. This role reports to the Regional Asset Manager. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a helpful team-player, a problem-solving community representative with a positive attitude, and possesses the ability to thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented, and resident-focused environment.
