About The Position

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a Full-Time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to oversee two communities: Perlo Ridge Apartments and Sherman’s Valley Apartments. This role involves managing community teams, processing Tax Credit and Rural Development leases, and ensuring excellent customer service. PMI is a stable, growing, employee-owned company with over 55 years in business.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• Prior affordable experience (Tax Credit, Rural Development preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative process.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Nice To Haves

• PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one!
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of the properties.
• Staff supervision.
• Comply with Federal, State and Local programs and Fair Housing laws.
• Manage capital improvement projects.
• Rent collection.
• Budget oversight and expense control.
• Processing move in applications and recertifications.
• Customer service- work order requests, communications, etc.
• Data entry.
• Weekly and Monthly reporting.
