This role involves practicing the '5% distinction' to create a welcoming environment for future residents. The Community Director acts as a team leader and mentor, a resident relations expert, and a business manager, responsible for recruiting, developing, and coaching their team, ensuring excellent customer service and resident retention, managing community finances and operations, and attracting new residents through marketing efforts. The position requires keeping regional leaders, senior management, and owners informed of community happenings.
