About The Position

ICCU is seeking a Community Development Intern to engage with members and the community by assisting the Community Development team in planning and executing events. This internship offers hands-on experience in event production, communication, business administration, special events management, and strategic partnerships. The intern will work collaboratively with the Community Development, Communications, and Events teams, and will be responsible for updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories.

Requirements

• A valid Driver’s License, as this is a driving position.
• The ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment.

Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with the Community Development, Communications, and Events teams.
• Assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of events.
• Updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories.
