About The Position

The Community Developer is an ancillary support role for Masada's Full Service Partnership - High Fidelity Wraparound (FSP-HFW) program. The role strengthens the HFW team's ability to identify, develop, coordinate, and sustain natural supports and community-based resources that respond to the individualized needs, strengths, culture, values, and preferences of youth and families. Consistent with California HFW Standards, the Community Developer helps increase the use of natural and community supports, reduce unnecessary reliance on formal services, strengthen cross-system and community partnerships, support access to flexible resources, and build connections that can continue after formal Wraparound services end. This position supplements rather than replaces required HFW team roles and direct-service responsibilities. The Community Developer develops and maintains a network of natural and community supports; consults with HFW teams, Managers, and Supervisors on resources and service linkages; assists with Flex Funds requests and resource alternatives; and supports relationships with DCFS, schools, Tribes when applicable, community organizations, and other child-serving systems. The role also supports transition and sustainability planning, community engagement, required HFW and other training, continuous improvement, and workplace safety. The position requires coordination with HFW staff and program leadership while maintaining clear role boundaries and respecting family voice and choice. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance at least three days per week, with remote work up to two days per week based on operational needs and executive leadership approval. The work may also take place in offices, clinics, homes, schools, and community settings. Evening and weekend availability is required when needed for approved community events, meetings, and engagement activities. Driving and travel to other sites and Service Areas are essential functions.
