Nine Circles Community Health Centre is hiring a Community Developer for the Connection Point Program. This is a maternity term, part-time position (.6 EFT, 23.25 hours per week) from September 21, 2026, to March 3, 2028. The Community Developer will report to the Director of Prevention, Testing and Wellness and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating programs and activities that promote healing through community connections. The role involves connecting community members, supporting community capacity building and organizing, and fostering fun, belonging, healing, and wellness. Regular work hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, with occasional evenings and weekends required. The position is classified as Health and Social Services Provider (MAHCP) and includes a comprehensive benefit package via HEB Manitoba. This position is project funded through the Winnipeg Foundation to June 30, 2029.
