The Community Day Site Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing activity services and programming for individuals with disabilities. This role involves working independently and creatively to problem-solve, coordinating daily schedules and activities, and providing coverage when the Site Manager and Lead are unavailable. The position requires knowledge of various disabilities and their impact, the ability to break down tasks, perform case management, observe and record pertinent information, and evaluate individual performance to make recommendations for goals and objectives. The Assistant Manager will also monitor assigned individuals and address their needs, behaviors, and personal care requirements.
