About The Position
Adelphoi is seeking a passionate Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program in Bradford County. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and free clinical supervision. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and a desire to make a difference in the lives of youth and families.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong communication and tech skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Empathy, active listening, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits
- Mentor caregivers in parenting
- Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings
- Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles
