About The Position
Adelphoi is seeking a passionate Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program in Bradford County. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and free clinical supervision. The role involves delivering prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families, developing and managing individualized treatment plans, providing supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits, mentoring caregivers in parenting, responding to crises, and maintaining accurate documentation. The counselor will also collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings, while upholding Trauma-Informed Care principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong communication and tech skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Empathy, active listening, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
