The Community Coordinator will supervise groups of participants in various settings, develop and maintain diverse opportunities, and implement independent living, employment, self-advocacy, and soft skills into daily activities. This role involves transporting individuals, preparing assessments and reports, participating in training, intervening in safety incidents, and collaborating with team members to ensure quality service delivery. The Community Coordinator will also represent Triangle positively to customers, family members, and community organizations.
