As the Community Consultant, you are responsible for managing the physical space and operations of an interactive co-working space. Reporting to the National Program Manager, Studio, your primary focus is on building meaningful relationships that foster long-term member satisfaction and retention. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the space with a hospitality and customer-first mindset, ensuring an exceptional experience for every member and guest. In addition, this role will drive membership and retention and is responsible for facilitating sales and leading operational excellence of their location(s).
