This role helps coordinate frontline operations, support volunteer engagement, maintain systems and workflows, and assist with onboarding and training efforts for Community Connections staff and volunteers. The Coordinator serves as a collaborative resource for the team and helps ensure operational consistency, communication, and compassionate community care in alignment with Metro Caring’s values. This position does not include formal staff supervision, but does include coordination of volunteers, operational leadership during Market shifts, and support for frontline problem-solving and communication.
