Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy working with older adults
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn (no experience, diploma, or certification required)
- Ability to follow directions and provide attentive, respectful care
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily living activities
- Support delegated nursing tasks and medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in resident health or behavior
- Offer companionship and lead life enrichment activities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity for each resident
