About The Position

Sunrise Village is seeking a dependable Overnight Community Caregiver to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a calm, home-like assisted living environment. This role supports residents’ safety, comfort, and independence while monitoring for changes in condition during overnight hours.

Requirements

• CNA (Minnesota registry) or completion of employer-provided training
• Ability to work independently in an overnight setting
• Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills
• DHS background study (not disqualified)
• TB screening clearance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and respond to overnight needs
• Assist with personal care, including toileting and repositioning
• Provide medication reminders and delegated nursing tasks
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Perform light housekeeping and prepare for day shift
• Document care accurately and timely

Benefits

• $1/hour overnight shift differential
