Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. The Community Behavioral Health Worker provides direct services that empower individuals and families to build skills and overcome barriers to behavioral health and daily functioning. The CBHW provides coaching and practical support in home, school, and community settings, helping clients develop routines, coping strategies, and healthy communication. This role guides access to community resources, collaborates with internal teams and external partners, and maintains strong engagement with clients and caregivers. All services are delivered using trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches to promote recovery and resilience.
