Job Summary Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the therapist oversees the clinical needs of children in the Foster Care Programs of Marygrove and Good Shepherd Children and Family Services. This position requires flexibility, and the ability to set clinical goals as well as make clinically appropriate decisions. The clinician will provide individual and family counseling, occasional crisis intervention and group therapy, with the expectation of 15-20 billable hours weekly. As needed and within the restraints of the set case load and scheduling expectations, the therapist may assist with clinical services in other Marygrove or Good Shepherd programs. The therapist provides regular support to clients and programs through consultation with program staff in team meetings.
