About The Position

People Creating Success (PCS) is seeking a Community Based Support Professional, also known as a F.A.D.E. Associate, to join their team. F.A.D.E. stands for Facilitating Alternative Day Environments and C.I.T.P. stands for Community Integration Training Program. This is a community-based day service that assists adults with developmental disabilities in participating in the community and increasing their accessibility to the workforce. The role involves supporting participants in volunteering, attending events, and exploring their community, while encouraging independent living skills and assisting them in meeting their goals through person-centered planning. The job also emphasizes encouraging participants to be physically active and engage in meaningful activities, acting as a dependable positive influence in their daily lives. PCS has been a leader in providing services for adults with developmental disabilities for over 20 years, with a mission to provide opportunities for individuals to participate in career, educational, and life goals.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified)
