About The Position
Community Based Support Professional - Santa Barbara / Goleta. This role involves assisting adults with developmental disabilities to participate in the community and increase their accessibility to the workforce through our F.A.D.E. (Facilitating Alternative Day Environments) and C.I.T.P. (Community Integration Training Program) services. The ideal candidate is passionate about genuine relationships, community exploration, and making a positive impact.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking
- CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified)

- Support participants in volunteering & attending events, and exploring their community
