The instructor will collaborate on scheduling outings, complete necessary paperwork, and contribute to reviews and meetings related to service recipient support. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a person-centered approach, using People First language, and ensuring all communication reflects professionalism. Staff are crucial in helping individuals learn and maintain skills for independent living, respecting their preferences, privacy, dignity, and choices. Staff actively participate in all aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of member services and supports.
