About The Position

Damar's Community-Based Services Program is looking for licensed CSAYC therapists to provide treatment for youth involved with DCS or Probation with sexually maladaptive behaviors. Our Independent contractors work with children and families with a history of abuse and neglect. These are court ordered services offered to children and families who are involved with DCS (CHINS) or probation. Interventions are designed to help remedy whatever issue lead a family to the attention of DCS. By working as a contractor with us, you get to be your own Boss! Requirements

Masters or Doctorate degree in a related human services field
Actively licensed in one of the following: LSW, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT
CSAYC certification
At least 21 years old
Valid Indiana driver's license
No felony convictions or other criminal offenses

Responsibilities

Provide treatment for youth involved with DCS or Probation with sexually maladaptive behaviors.
Work with children and families with a history of abuse and neglect.
Offer court-ordered services to children and families involved with DCS (CHINS) or probation.
Design interventions to help remedy issues that led a family to the attention of DCS.
Provide home-based therapy focusing on youth with sexually harmful behaviors.
Offer comprehensive services including TF-CBT, MI, and CBT.
