About The Position

Home Instead is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join their team as Community Based Evening Carers in Lichfield. This role involves providing essential support to older adults in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and safely. The position is for a 20-hour contract, focusing on evening shifts between 5 pm and 11 pm, three evenings per week and alternate weekends. The company is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of seniors, offering companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and support with personal care.

Requirements

• Must live in Lichfield.
• Must have access to your own vehicle.
• Friendly, reliable, adaptable, organised, compliant, confident, compassionate, understanding, caring and fun qualities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with household duties, such as cleaning and cooking.
• Preparing light meals or supper.
• Providing help with daily reminders, such as medication.
• Offering companionship to clients.
• Assisting with personal care.
