•$60,000 - $65,000•Onsite

About The Position

Tennyson Center for Children is seeking a Community Based Clinician to provide clinical case management, care coordination, and individual and family therapy for an evolving caseload. The clinician supports children and adolescents in the Denver Metro area through Community Based Services (CBS) and may also provide therapeutic services to BRANCH, a dual-diagnosis program for clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities and mental health needs. CBS serves children ages 5–18 and their families in homes and community settings. Clinicians are assigned to a geographic region to manage travel time and receive a vehicle and mobile office equipment. The position carries approximately 5–8 clients at a time, with families typically seen twice a week for two-hour sessions; case hours vary according to treatment phase and client needs. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with flexible meeting times that include evenings and one weekend day each week. The clinician provides crisis consultation and support through 8 or 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Weekly or bi-weekly individual clinical supervision and weekly in-person group supervision on the Tennyson campus are required and provided free of charge. The role requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, and candidacy for or licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Candidates must be registered and in good standing with DORA. MFT candidates may need to arrange additional external supervision for licensure hours because there is currently no LMFT on staff. A Colorado driver’s license is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment, and candidates must have personal car insurance. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Employment is contingent on required pre-employment screenings and verifications. The estimated salary is $60,000–$65,000 annually. The role is eligible for a $1,000 signing bonus, with $500 paid upon starting. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are offered the listed benefits. The employer is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and does not sponsor work visas.
